Lisa Dewberrylisadewberry News produces South African news online which  is written in local, international, social responsibility, entertainment, positive living and environmental categories. It was developed in November 2013 by Lisa Dewberry, South African journalist, editor, lecturer, social media enthusiast  and photographer who is passionate about news and aims to share South African news with audiences worldwide.

Lisa has experience writing for over 20 publications including newspapers, magazines, newsletters and websites. She is a former exco member of the National Press Club from April 2012 to May 2016; a Journalism Lecturer at Oakfields College throughout 2015; and a Journalism Lecturer & Online Journalism Lecturer for Boston City Campus Arcadia from July to December 2016. Lisa won first place for her News photographs and second place for her Lifestyle articles at Citi Newsroom in 2007.
